Account management and digital marketing is responsible for providing world-class marketing services for prospective and existing academic partners.
AM will work with various internal / external teams to identify, manage, and deliver services such as : the design and deployment of partner opportunities / assets, account management, marketing strategy, messaging, creative, digital channel management, project and brand management.
Follow-up, feedback collection
Providing an accurate client persona and identifying account mining opportunities and communicating the same to business development personnel
