Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves expertise in Adobe experience manager both functional and technical.

  • Managing day-to-day interactions with the client & internal teams on any data requirement for the account
  • Responsible for all reports to the client- weekly, monthly & quarterly along with campaign reports from Adobe analytics and Google Analytics data
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery (accuracy & timeliness) & effective client management
  • Executing tasks around client servicing like proactively responding to client requests, seeking feedback etc.

    Performance objectives

    Account management and digital marketing is responsible for providing world-class marketing services for prospective and existing academic partners.

    AM will work with various internal / external teams to identify, manage, and deliver services such as : the design and deployment of partner opportunities / assets, account management, marketing strategy, messaging, creative, digital channel management, project and brand management.

    Key skills

  • Has prior experience on AEM, not just in content uploading but has through understanding of technical and functional aspects of site migration, page set up, on AEM and site analytics etc and can direct the team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English
  • Communicating effectively with clients across different relationship phases ranging from pilot to hyper care to repeat customer
  • Communicating clearly, timely, and effectively with clients from across cultures
  • Account growth by lending a positive client experience to the overall service offering
  • Follow-up, feedback collection

  • Attending client meetings with the aim to understand key requirements and business objectives
  • Providing an accurate client persona and identifying account mining opportunities and communicating the same to business development personnel

    Employee specification

  • 7-10 years of professional experience in CMS, site migrations,
  • Exposure to large MNCs and Preferably from Adobe
  • Btech Graduates / Postgraduates from in digital marketing, international marketing
