The Challenge

Factory service is going through DT transformation and supporting Zero Distance initiatives. This new individual will support Factory Service / Zero Distance Projects.

What you will Do

  • Individual contributor role who collaborates with cross-functional Business and DT teams to implement new capabilities or improve existing capabilities and / or business processes for Field Service team.
  • Contribute to the short-and long-term planning sessions to understand business goals and direction.
  • Responsible for working with clients to identify and document user stories, business requirements, and process maps
  • Assisting in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Coordinating deployments for the Salesforce team
  • Integration of Salesforce with other business systems
  • Prioritizing new capabilities, communicate frequent updates to all stakeholders, and oversee system launches.
  • Identify and assess potential for new technologies to drive improvements to the user experience with the goal to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical team, business clients, and EA Architects to assess outsourcing vs. in-house capability to identify and onboard suppliers as needed for new technologies or development work.
  • Define, track, and report on field service metrics that align with the business strategy.
  • Manage scope changes by negotiating with business stakeholders and technical team, including clear communication on the impact of scope change to other priorities, timeline, or cost.
  • What you need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst and / or managing client-facing projects or system operations.
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Strong passion for the ownership experience, and field service.
  • Proficient in writing detailed, solid business requirements
  • Ability to actively listen and facilitate moving a diverse group to consensus, including a strong track history of written and verbal communications to update stakeholders and provide direction to team members.
  • Strong prioritization skills required to manage all in-flight and pending tasks appropriately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency on assigned tasks
  • Ability to take direction on action plan tasks and work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, willing and eager to learn current and new technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
