All-purpose analyst who will support project work regarding the definition, documentation and implementation of business processes for the Bank's ICS RTF program across the organization.
Support of stakeholder analysis by facilitation of workshops, ensuring documentation of outcomes and timely follow-up of agreed actions.
Preparation of presentation material, communications and training material.
Our Ideal Candidate
Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
Experience in Business Consulting or Banking and Financial services.
Strong work ethics, professional standards and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams.
Strong communication skills oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT, and Word.
High level of professionalism regarding behaviour as well as deliverables.
Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate and successfully drive programs and projects to completion with little or no management supervision.
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes.
