  • All-purpose analyst who will support project work regarding the definition, documentation and implementation of business processes for the Bank's ICS RTF program across the organization.
  • Support of stakeholder analysis by facilitation of workshops, ensuring documentation of outcomes and timely follow-up of agreed actions.
  • Preparation of presentation material, communications and training material.
  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree in Business Management or its equivalent.
  • Experience in Business Consulting or Banking and Financial services.
  • Strong work ethics, professional standards and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, across various levels in the organization including senior leadership teams, in influencing key decisions taken in the business and in support teams.
  • Strong communication skills oral, written and presentation. Sound knowledge of MS-Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • High level of professionalism regarding behaviour as well as deliverables.
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to initiate and successfully drive programs and projects to completion with little or no management supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work to tight timeframes.
