Its scope covers the following core Technology wide capabilities Strategy, Operating Model, Oversight, KPIs & Analytics, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Communications and delivery of cross-departmental Change Initiatives.
Purpose of your role This role is to join the EPDO (Enterprise-wide Portfolio Data Oversight) Team, which is a part of Management Oversight Team.
The EPDO team is responsible for ensuring data, change and project standards are adhered to for all portfolios, programmes and projects managed across the organisation globally, along with responsibility for managing enterprise-wide PPM processes including regular forecasting and budgeting.
The role requires a PMO background with a strong understanding of portfolio and project management processes as we seek to define and implement stronger project reporting standards, adherence and data quality.
The EPDO Analyst / Senior Analyst will assist with maintaining and developing change standards along with core data definitions to ensure consistent portfolio reporting at the enterprise level.
The role will also ensure change managers are adhering to change standards and data quality requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with lead PMOs across the change delivery teams to ensure existing standards are adhered to and further develop the change standards based on the EPDO plan and ongoing feedback from PMOs.

Project SPARC is implementing new tools, processes and ways of work to drive more effective prioritisation of funds and resources across our change portfolios.
Deliverables focus on Portfolio Management, Forecasting and Budgeting, and this role will be expected to contribute to new approaches and champion new tools, processes and ways of working once they are implemented in BAU (business as usual).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential to communicate effectively and appropriately with a range of stakeholders at all levels, and across different parts of the organisation.
The role requires close working with colleagues in Ireland, UK, India, China and Hong Kong offices, and as such the candidate may sometimes be required to be flexible in the hours they work.
Key Responsibilities Maintenance of existing change procedures Further development of change standards and corresponding procedures Standards adherence tracking with PMOs Act as a reporting SME to the PMOs, providing guidance on change standards Driving data quality to accepted levels Assist with management reporting / PBI creation Maintenance of Core data that drives enterprise wide reporting consistency Audits / health checks of key initiatives to ensure standards adherence Ensure EPDO processes are maintained Support PPM reporting manager on monthly forecasting process Support SPARC deliverables to ensure smooth transition into BAU Follow up on Data Quality with PMOs to ensure exceptions minimised - feedback ideas for dashboard development Content owner for SharePoint & Teams site Work closely with Project SPARC (Strategic Portfolio Prioritisation, Analytics, Resource and Financial Forecasting & Change Capabilities) to provide SME input, test and champion new tools, processes and ways of working.
Experience and Qualifications A strong PPM / PMO background with full understanding and working knowledge of change management processes and expected standards Experience of working with change initiatives to deliver and embed new processes and tools into BAU (Business as Usual) Essential Skills / Experience Excellent understanding of project management terms and concepts An organised and structured way of working Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and relationship management skills at senior levels Confident working with stakeholders at all levels across multiple business areas, globally Ability to present data and information in a way that is meaningful and insightful to senior management Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Power BI skills.
