Job Description Engineering Manager / Senior Manager Engineering Build and manage a new team, ramp up engineers by connecting with key stakeholders, subject matter experts for creating payments solutions.

Partner with Engineers, Senior Leadership, and Product Management to define long term vision and roadmap for the team Make critical decisions that attribute to the success of the product and the team Work with Product Management, User Experience, and other engineering teams to manage priorities, ensure alignment, and facilitate on-time deliverables.

Working with the entire team in a collaborative environment where all suggestions are welcomed, and all ideas thoughtfully considered.

Coach, and mentor team members ensuring that they understand expectations and meet goals. Recruiting and hiring a diverse team to accomplish this.

Let's talk about you... You're Experienced. You have payments background by delivering user experience applications, data visualizations, data pipelines, and AI / ML applications along with Software development experience (7+ years) and management experience (3+ years).

You are experienced with Agile development methods and operational excellence practices. You’re Technical. You are comfortable with technical deep dives into products architecture, solution catering variety of customers, understanding the fundamentals of analytics and familiarity with AI methodologies and with Salesforce's technical stack (SOQL, APIs, Custom Objects, APEX, LwC etc).

You’re a Strong Communicator. You distill complex information down to the key elements and communicate effectively across disciplines and to various levels of an organization.

You’re comfortable searching across a large organization to find the right person to answer your questions. You’re a Team Builder.

You have the experience to identify and develop strong talent. You build effective teams with a culture of curiosity, collaboration, customer empathy and focus on results.

You’re Quality-Focused. Inspire your team to continuously improve the quality of our code, systems and engineering practices.

  • You're Customer-Focused. You have opinions about how users will use the product, and what problem they might run into. Being interested and willing to dive into and understand customers' problems is both helpful and rewarding.
