Role : Project Manager
MiQ is looking for a multi skilled, highly capable Project Manager who has experience completing multi projects as efficiently and promptly as possible.
A Project Manager is a person who understands the business, knows the technology and analytics well enough to know what the basic usage of what tools are being used.
Our Project Manager is a smart, kind and passionate champion of Data n Analytics (DnA) practice who shape the analytics strategies, solutions and stories that lead to stellar work.
At their core, they’re rigorous, imaginative thinkers and doers who stay on top of business strategy execution, drive accountability, have a good knowledge of project management processes, methods, and tools and drive engaging ways for the DnA brand to connect with the other departments and markets.
Data n Analytics Team works with their counterparts - Sales, Client Services, Traders, Solution
engineers and plays a significant role in end-to-end campaign management cycle and client specific data science projects.
The ideal Project Manager candidate is someone who thinks strategy, business impact and can translate the ambitions of Management and Executives to concrete project execution & specific actions.
We lead our agency and clients through setting the strategic direction across business, brand, content and context development, as well as real-time campaign optimization and learning.
Being a Project Manager at MiQ means the individual will work with businesses and leaders across departments, commercial markets helping to share the impact of DnA projects and initiatives.
The person will have both theoretical and practical knowledge of PM processes, workflows, and terminology. They will also oversee the risk, cost, resource, and change management for entire DnA org.
They will also be responsible to build a functional expertise within the business and technical domain ad-tech by keeping a track of all the DnA projects, solutions, client segmentation resources allocation, OKR attainment, All Hands planning, accomplishments tracking through Google docs and sheets to create formal documents, and presentation to show DnA results.
A breadth of skills, expertise and experience in Project Management, JIRA dashboard and workflow, tickets tracking and can diligently own and manage all aspects of DnA projects from problem definition, requirements gathering, milestone tracking, effort estimation, outcome measurement and insight delivery.
The person would be responsible for the delivery of DnA’s projects, solutions for media campaigns, revenue underpinned by analytics, owning timely delivery with world class quality standards.
As an expert of latest PM processes, individual will train DnA team members on PM processes, workflows, and terminology to drive agile methodology
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
Be a thought-partner of PM processes for Managers and Leaders by bridging requirements totheir specific challenges, dynamics, limitations & ambitions
The necessity to place execution rigour and embrace adaptability, flexibility into the core of the
business, coupled with a need to reclaim the communications discipline of influence’
Guide DnA team from the maze of buzzwords towards a good understanding of opportunities, threats and actions plans for strategy execution
Host discussions, brainstorms and workshops with DnA team and leaders on DnA topics and projects
Develop strategic roadmaps, project outlines and detailed action plans
Work with external vendors and partner technologies where needed
Strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to improvise execution and taking active
part in DnA objectives setting and prioritization.
Embrace project & team management aimed towards getting the job done. This will include working
with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and business stakeholders
Be an on- and offline ambassador for the MiQ DnA team
Interact regularly with Market leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to team’s capabilities
Strong collaboration and client engagement skills to provide inspired, clear and succinct direction
and Points-Of-View to direct the business and the work.
Formulate analytics delivery and execution plan. Develop and communicate the plan and operational
goals and plan for the market and other stakeholder teams.
Act as a DnA auditor reviewing DNA analytics practices and comeuppance with best practices.
Represent DNA team in internal technology forums, spearheading the delivery strategy towards
privacy complaint digital ecosystem
Managing project deliverables for market campaign delivery in accordance with monthly / quarterly
revenue and GP targets.
Must be skilled and become invaluable in guiding, supporting and partnering across teams during the
integrated project planning process.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analytics or analytics consulting and corporate-level
At least 4 years of experience in project delivery management.
PMP® certification / PRINCE2 certification is a must (or other certificates acknowledged by
organizations such as the PMI® or APM)
Demonstrated ability to set strategy / direction on execution and follow through while maintaining
high levels of quality
Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver our projects and solutions tracking
