The Sales Recruiter will play a critical role in hiring for our Sales Team globally. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting by doing both active and passive sourcing.
Creating and posting job adverts on the internet and other mediums, utilizing research, cold calling, and networking with qualified candidates.

You will be responsible for building a pipeline for qualified candidates and hiring for our Sales Team across the globe at the Leadership level.
You will work closely with our Sales Leadership team closely to understand the hiring needs, team organization structure, responsibilities, strengths / weaknesses, and key business drivers.
Utilize this information to develop the most effective recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs. Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including job portals, references, LinkedIn, Google search, etc.
Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted industry mapping strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, grades, interview loops, and candidate sourcing strategy
Research about competitors to understand the talent pool across different countries and regions.
Skills and Experience Required :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Recruitment for a Software Company. Preferably working in a Product development company.
Should have experience in industry mapping, specifically for Europe, APAC and North America
Should have strong passive sourcing skills and be capable of using different sourcing strategies and not just depend on available job portals
Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required
Requires strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills
