Job Description

1.Ensuring that all month end activities are performed within the due time limits to help Finance to roll over the month end smoothly

a.FG reconciliation

b.SFG / PM consumption and stock balancing

c.Activities allocation SKU wise (Power / Steam and Labor)

2.Ensure inventories are counted and physical count is verified by finance department at the month end.

3.Monitoring the PM / RM consumption and losses and reporting to the concerns.

4.Ensure that monthly inventory check is conducted at WIP location and book stocks are tallied

5.Ensuring that Finished Goods are handed over to shipping after all due formalities and QA clearance in time so that deliveries are met

6.Ensuring that all SAP formalities are completed in time for new material codes / BOM / Routing and standard cost releases etc.

7.Consumable spares monitoring and ensuring the availability

8.Ensure RM / PM Stocks are maintained at weekly level and for SKUs whose run are over , stocks are counted and reported / returned to stores as applicable on the very next day.
