  • Managing & streamlining day to day Operations at Backend-petty cash management, Malls Bills Approval, uniform program implementation.
  • Execution of Mystery Audit programs.
  • Reviewing & analyzing SMART Audit program.
  • Review Statutory Compliances.
  • Regular Repairs & maintenance of stores as per Brand guidelines.
  • Consistently Thrive towards improving Customer satisfaction.
  • Planning & Control

  • Planning, phasing of target day wise & week wise.
  • Effectively planning Sales Target’s in accordance with Sales strategy & AOP.
  • Developing effective Demand forecast
  • Working on Seasonal Sales Plans, Annual Operation Plan (AOP)
  • Business Development & Expansion

  • Driving sales
  • Effective liaise with concerned dept. for timely execution of new projects in terms of Agreements, MOU, Account opening, LOI summary.
  • Handle & resolve all Partner disputes.
  • Evaluation of non-performing stores & renegotiation with Partners.

  • Help build effective Marketing Plan as per the requirement.
  • Commercial Management

  • Drive Store level OPEX as per the AOP.
  • Help build Annual, Seasonal, and Monthly Budget’s along with the concerned Dept.
  • Develop strategies to Optimize cost of operations.
  • Ensure timely clearance of dues & settlement of all concerned parties.
  • Manpower Management

  • Build & update OJT modules
  • Grievances handling of ASM’s, SM’s & TL’s.
  • Hiring of ASM, TL & SM.
  • Review & report manpower productivity.
  • Evaluation of skill sets & identifying gaps.
  • Implement new Grooming & uniform policy.
  • Manage & Control shuffling of SM’s / Supervisor.
  • Help build & drive effective Training & Development Program for the team.
  • Help recruit right people, control attrition.
  • Effectively manage, motivate & develop man power.
  • NOC & Exit formalities of staffs.
  • Inventory Management

  • Effective Management of inventory levels at each POS.
  • Effect regular audit & control to reduce Shrinkage & loss.
  • Manage ageing & liquidation of inventory.
  • Helping ensure Supply meets demand
  • Consolidate & updation of Inventory Audit, projects & maintenance.
