Working within the wider Talent team you will support them in delivering the talent strategy across functions in India. You will also work closely with the HR team based in India to continuously develop the HR eco-system.
Bring innovation to hiring
Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Support in creating a diverse workplace, building a strong employment brand, and optimizing recruitment operations.
Continuously improve our hiring methodologies by identifying unique and non-traditional sources to find top talent.
Identify diverse talent, using social media and other related platforms to engage candidates, and execute plans focused on passively sourcing niche candidates.
Establish a hiring approach that resonates with the organization’s values
Maintain a values-based recruitment process that will integrate our core values into interview questionnaires, candidate scorecards, and employer branding.
Monitor candidate experience survey results and implement actions to address areas of opportunity.
Convert data into insights
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Data-orientation, and leverage talent metrics to make decisions or recommendations.
Curate development journeys
Collaborate with stakeholders, drawing on evidence of training need and best practices.
Build partnerships with independent training providers and strategic agencies.
Keep abreast of the developments in the L&D landscape, to ensure relevant and effective programmes.
Support in the delivery of training programmes.
Previous working experience (4 6 years) preferably as an HR Generalist
Master’s degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
Expertise in recruitment best practices including diversity hiring, employer branding and full understanding of the learning cycle
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS) is an added advantage
Impactful presentation style
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and proactive problem solving
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
