Next Drive Transportation and Services Private Limited provides workforce solutions to consumers (individual and business) using technology as a platform.

Driverzz, a product of Next Drive, is a platform that provides on-demand and on-subscription drivers to consumers.

We are currently looking for executives to support us on our operational activities as listed below -

Responsibilities and Duties

Receive calls / orders through phone and create requests through portal

Plan and assign workforce to requests

Coordinate with workforce and inform them about trip assignments

Coordinate with workforce for client location, on-time arrival, trip start and stop actions

Followup with workforce and customers for collection of payment

Maintain workforce availability

Assist workforce in documentation etc.

Qualifications and Skills

Should be flexible to work in shifts

Should be able to fluently speak English, Hindi and Telugu

Should be well versant with online browsing, emails and productivity suites (Word, Excel etc.)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : ?12,000.00 to ?20,000.00 / month
