Integrated Facilities Management
Job Summary / Goals
To align with Central Procurement for the HCL account and execute Procurement strategies for local and / or national initiatives for Facilities Management and Project Management Services.
Manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities. Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Procurement of Facilities Management related products and services. Issue RFPs / RFQs to source products and services. Negotiate pricing and terms with Adhoc / Projects vendors to provide best possible solution to HCL.
Manage information of Purchase Orders issued by HCL and to JLL vendors. Provide information to management on Purchase Orders whenever required.
Manage information on cost savings for Adhoc / Project works and provide reports on Cost Savings whenever required. Keep updated on market trends and identify new suppliers for various products and services.
Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardisation of rates for Adhoc / Project requirements.
Provide liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors. Ensure timely issue of Purchase Order to vendors.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.
Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports whenever required by the management. Ensure compliance to JLL standard processes and procedures.
Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Knowledge of Indian labour statutory laws.

Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills
Organisation skills, Strong Analytical Ability required.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Good knowledge of suppliers, market trends, bidding process & negotiation
Purchasing experience required 1-2 Years
Knowledge of ERP like SAP / Oracle would be a plus
Graduate or Diploma in Electrical / Civil Engg
