Co-ordination of internal,external board meetings

  • Managingleadership schedule & update their calendar entryaccordingly
  • Collate &circulate agenda, record meeting minutes to stake holders inadvance before the meeting
  • Maintainminutes, including taking notes at meetings and circulate to allstake holders
  • Making presentations& reports as per the managementrequirements
  • Maintain the timesheet for the consultant staff in the team
  • Providing budget forecast for the project to therequired team
  • Preparing financials& costing for the upcoming projects
  • Taking care of logistics, Domestic andInternational travels, Transfers and Visa related activities forpractice, claiming travel expenses
  • Co-ordination of internal, external boardmeetings
