Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.

Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools.

Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Required :

  • Understanding the customer requirements.
  • Defining technical requirements for development organization in a Product Function Specification document.
  • Providing internal overview training session for each release that highlights new features and capabilities.
  • Supporting sales and pre-sales teams as subject matter expert in the product and specific technologies areas.
  • Support RFP and RFIs content
  • Provide technical overview product strategy presentations on future topics as needed and as requested by PLM team or Customer
  • Support PLM in maintaining product Roadmaps and Statement of Directions.
  • Review technical marketing documents for accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development cycle by answering any questions / issues / concerns raised by development, QA and support teams regarding the requirements
  • Technical skills in Analytics :

  • Gathering and Processing of large datasets : unravels useful business insights from the collected data analysis.
  • Perform Data Filtering and Cleaning
  • Formulate and present the outcome
  • Data Science focus : Data Manipulation
  • Understand how to operate / code a model
  • Understand Machine Learning algorithms (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, K-Mean Clustering, LSTM etc.)
  • Preferred knowledge and skills :

  • 5G core (Service Based Architecture, Network Functions, basic calls flows)
  • Cloud Native environments
  • Virtualization environments
