Operational risk is the risk of incidents resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people or systems, or from external events.

Our primary seek in Operational Risk Management is the early identification, recording, assessment, monitoring, prevention and mitigation of operational risks, as well as timely and meaningful management reporting.

The Operational Risk Incidents, Systems & Analytics teams :

  • Build and maintain the Operational Risk Incident Framework component, ensuring bank-wide implementation and governance thereof and conduct trainings
  • Analyze regulatory developments and leads regulatory / external dialogue with respect to tools, incidents and relevant analytics
  • Defines Incident Data Quality design standards, system-implementation thereof as well as respective metrics tracking
  • Provide subject matter expertise with respect to Operational Risk Incidents
  • Own, plan, cost and maintain respective Operational Risk Incident Management systems and represent it in the bank-wide IT landscape

  • You Offer

  • You have University degree in banking, economics, mathematics, or related engineering or scientific fields
  • You have deep understanding and prior working experience in a global, multi-cultural banking environment
  • You have program & project, work-stream management & coordination experience with proven track record
  • You have strong analytical skills background, paired with interpersonal & communication skillset, and the ability to explain complex issues in a simple manner
  • You have the ability to operate effectively, despite ambiguity, and present and handle governance topics in senior management forums as well as every single day operations
  • You have the ability to understand business needs & requirements, combined with an affinity for IT-related topics
  • You have demonstrated success in handling multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines and to high quality standards
  • You have the ability to think independently, pick up new concepts quickly and present views and recommendations in an objective and credible manner, while maintaining positive relationships with Operational Risk partners
  • You are ambitious, with a focus on hands-on delivery
  • You are confidence to own & lead topics
  • You have written and spoken proficiency in English, additional languages are an advantage
