Job Responsibilities :
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews;
preparing and completing action plans; quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures;
establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring services.
At the outset of the project, test leaders, in collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans.
They recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, they plan the effort, select the tools. They may consult with other groups - e.
g., programmers - to help them with their testing.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
They ensure proper configuration management of the test ware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis.
Job Requirements :
Middle-ware testing using SOAP-UI or any other tool.
Should have knowledge of any test management tool.
Behavioral Competencies :
Good Communication Skills
Educational Competency : BCA / MCA / B.Tech
Experience : Relevant Experience should be 2-4 years
