Job Summary :
We are looking for a strong leader with extensive experience in ServiceNow platform who plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects.
Responsible for the architecture and design major solutions in ServiceNow Implementation. Responsible for overall ServiceNow implementation considering security, integrity, compliance, and quality
Ideal person is who has passion with ServiceNow, problem solver and an expert communicator
What you will be doing :
Attends and engages in scrum meetings
Design, Development with ServiceNow CSM / ITSM / ITOM
Reviews, analyzes, and gives feedback on requirements / functional designs
Participates and leads architectural review process
Designs for larger enhancements, projects, and cross system / functional enhancements
Conducts design reviews, provide technical leadership
Follows and proposes design and coding standards and processes
Develops larger enhancements, projects and integrations
Develops unit test strategy and runs automated tests
Implement DevOps practices
Maintain architectural standard, process, and documentation
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Technology or equivalent field
10 + years of on overall experience in IT Industry
5 + years of hands-on design and development experience in ServiceNow
Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ServiceNow Portal
Strong experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions
Working knowledge of various ServiceNow / ITIL Modules like ITOM, CMDB, Analytics etc.
Strong experience to understand, build complex integrations with ServiceNow
Strong experience with MID server, web services
Experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and configurations
Strong knowledge and understanding in Agile, DevOps implementations
Preferred ServiceNow certified, ITIL professionals
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments and mentor others.
