Better starts and ends with the customer
We are looking for your expertise in supporting current settlement platform with billing and payments domain, you will set required KPIs & manage vendor relationships.
In addition, you will liaise between Back office, Regional operating centers’ teams and other stakeholders such as Global operations leadership team, Treasury, IT and Product to ensure efficiency and service levels are maximized.
For this role, you will need 10+ years of solid track record in solutioning, architecting database / ORMB or any other Billing COTS knowledge and be a strategic thinking leader with innovative ideas.
You will be responsible for planning skills to improve productivity by creating efficiencies in multiple areas. You will also need to be experience in coordinating between back office teams to ensure workflow is maximized both locally and internationally and offers best customer service and have strong communication skills with key stakeholders in other back offices as well as with network leadership to build a solid business partnership and people management.
You should have an experience in managing an operational team, with a proven track record for delivering cost saving efficiencies.
