The Business Operation team at SSC would be a support team to give end to end solution to all Operational and Reconciliation activities of m-
pesa, query resolution (if any), different reconciliations , MIS etc. Transaction settlements etc., throughout the Vodafone circles.
These processes span across would involve interactions with the Vodafone Stores, Sales teams, Banks, External Vendors of Vodafone like m-
pesa distributors, Oxygen, Billdesk, etc. Role would involve six days working and rotational shits.
A m-pesa analyst would be responsible for :
IMPS, Oxygen, BillDesk, NEFT
IMPS, Oxygen, Bill Desk, NEFT
Reversal to customer Mpesa Account
All type of co-ordination between circles and corporate and Various Vendors
CRM Closure (Complaints and Request)
Coordination with various functions to solve customer and trade queries.
The role would involve considerable data analysis and strong understanding of m-pesa Operations and End Customer satisfaction, while at the same time understands the impact form customer and business point of view.
The analyst would be first point of contact between circles and corporate. The Job holder would need to ensure adherence to Internal Controls and SOX Compliance norms relating to the m-pesa business operation
Accuracy and TAT as per business SLAs
Automation preferance to begiven for all BAU activities
