Position Overview :

The HR & Training Assistant will be responsible for providing support to a busy office. The successful candidate will be able to interact in a welcoming and professional manner with all levels of employees, visitors, and clients.

This role requires adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR function, including Training
  • Provide benefit billing and administrative support / training to the HR department and employees, including event planning and coordination
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Support payroll function as needed
  • Work with the HR team on continuous improvement initiatives and research associated with special projects
  • Assist with other projects, initiatives and tasks as needed including recurring employee events and office / department organization efforts
  • Handle the responsibility for training work for the employee
  • Plan for training program for new employee to enhance the processes
  • Monitor training effectiveness as per format
  • Maintain the training records and Matrix's
  • To coordinate with Operations regarding the smooth flow of the new joiner
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as demonstrated collaboration skills
  • Strong follow through and ability to see projects to completion without significant oversight required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Education :

  • Master of Business Administration (Focus in HR is strongly preferred)
