We are looking for a Patient customer support executive with a listening ear and essentially a People person.
Job description : Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Handle customer queries & complaints that come through chat room, phone and email. Depending on the nature of call / email provide appropriate response.
Coordinate with internal team members to get required reply to the customer. Assist customers with the accurate information / resolution via email.
Reach out to customers with critical issue and ensure closure. Ensure customer retention by converting disgruntled customers to potential users of the service in future.
Required Skills, Education & Experience
Excellent communication Verbal & written Good Listening skills Skilled enough to understand customer pain points and provide apt resolution.
Retain customers by providing quality service. Identify and escalate priority customer concerns. Good verbal and written communication skills English, Regional language & other international languages (Preferred).
Graduate in any discipline. Skills Required (summary) :
Strong communicator, active listener, tact and diplomacy, multi lingual with advanced computer knowledge and IT proficiency.,
