Roles & Responsibilities :

Coordinating with the field operations team and lenders on a regular basis for logged in files processing.

Evaluating the files for meeting lender policy norms.

Ensure the loan is getting processed within TAT.

Updating of status in internal trackers and LMS sheets.

Repayment data sharing with respective diaries in regular intervals, ensuring the receipt of the same within the given timeline and recording those details in relevant trackers.

Ad Hoc activities with respect to loans will have to be taken care of.

Understand the Credit underwriting process and clear queries wrt the questions raised by lender, either doing analysis and co ordinating with the field team

Qualification and Experience :

BA from MKU University, Madurai.

6 years of experience in Sales, Front office operations and Client Relationship management.

Responsibilities handled :

Experienced in handling housing loan related products, hands on experience in client acquisition, verifying and collecting documents, Personal discussions with clients to know them better prior to recommending any files for processing.

Excellent in Excel, submitted multiple reports to reporting managers on numbers and status of files. Managed operations and was part of new project rollouts to execute it successfully.
