Better requires process discipline and simplification

You will be accountable to create, validate, test and maintain virtual services and support them till the testing.

Should have knowledge of architecture of CA DevTest or Parasoft or any other SV tools, and different components and their connectivity.

Should have strong knowledge of MQ, JMS and HTTP / HTTPs transport protocols and different data protocols including SOAP / XML and JSON.

Proficient in-service virtualization concepts, its usage and benefits.

Ability to lead a small team (5-8 members), provide technical expertise and mentoring new team members.

Should have good communication skills to present during seminars and internal knowledge sharing sessions.

Should have experience on communicating with different vendors (Broadcom / Parasoft) to explain requirement.

Ability to engage with different stakeholders and understand their requirement and delivering services.

Should be well versed with Core Java concepts and Java / Beanshell scripting to implement customization in virtual services.

Should understand different KPIs, metrices and concept of ROI.
