  • We offer you an Operation Analyst role within the Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) business unit. This business division caters to all clients domiciled in Switzerland which is our home market.
  • SUB division comprises of Private Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking businesses.

  • This is a role aligned to the COO organization of SUB IT Solutions Delivery unit. This role will be part of the team that handles all operational activities of the division in India.
  • This will include teamwork & very frequent interaction with various departments of the wider COO team based in Zurich as well as close interaction with the division leads & vendors SPOCs in India.


  • You will do Cost Centre Set-Up & Controlling
  • You will OE Code Set-up & Controlling
  • You will do contract Processing and follow-up with various departments for approvals
  • You will PO Tracking
  • You will do TPRM processing & ensuring compliance
  • You will do MPP tracking
  • Monitoring deployments
  • You will support hiring
  • H / W procurements
  • VIPS Set-up for invoicing
  • Accruals, Invoice validation & processing
  • Support activities required from divisions for India BDC Audits (ex DLP tracking)
  • Vendor & Captive Onboarding at EON, initiate cross-country transfers
  • You will work with CTO, CRES, Site Mgmt, GC for new joiner support
  • Your responsibilities will include all / some of the below CS processes :

  • You have 3 4 years exp in a similar operations role
  • You have MBA or equivalent from an institution of repute
  • You have flair for organizing, coordinating various events
  • You have strong communication skills both written & oral
  • You are able to work creatively
  • You are a self-starter & able to persevere in the task at hand
  • You are able to work in complex matrix teams, disbursed globally
  • You can collaborate effectively with diverse group of teams
