  • Position Description

    Acquisition of new clients, Drive revenue & portfolio growth of TWC.

    Monitor, Manage, Service and generate revnue on the existing Portfolio.

    Franchise development.

    Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    Acquisition : Drive revenue & portfolio growth of TWC book

  • Deliver new disbursement with a PSL target of 30%.
  • Deliver fee income of 0.6% of disbursement
  • Client retention & growth through 10% growth on the existing book.
  • Portfolio Management

  • Monitor transactions on daily basis.
  • Increase trade revenue and Fee income on renewals.
  • Service and Retain cleints.
  • Franchise development through

  • Increasing referral channel reach through new empanelment and activation
  • Driving channel engagement through regular meetings.
  • People Management

    To strike good relationship with customers, Channels and internal people such as Branch service team and CRM team.

    Experience / Exposure

    5+ years experience in Trade and Working Capital in Chennai Market.

    Education / Qualifications

    Graduate / Post Graduate.
