Experience solving for scale with micro-apps and service-oriented architectureCommitment to quality and velocity Results oriented with the ability to encourage passion in others Relentless high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo) and uses data to maketechnical and product decisionsWhat you will do : Own and manage product / software development lifecycle Lead a highly talented team of software engineers.
Manage and execute against the project plans and delivery commitments. Be a hands on architect to make technical decisions and be someone who the teamcan look up to for making technology decisions.
Responsible for all technical activities related to product delivery. Setting and owning all the milestones for the software development lifecycle.
Work with Product Management to capture the product vision Provide status updates to the software team and executive management Prioritize requirements and product release Drive technical and process improvementBuild and Manage software development team Ensure the team is following process protocols and removing barriers to their success.
