Job Description Responsible for facilitating affiliate marketing (Account) activities in collaboration with Account teams Proactively engage with Account management teams and assist with account strategies Responsible for delivering the needs of Account teams and work closely with our clients in delivering successful results Liaise with Account management teams to carry out various reporting and competitor tracking tasks Perform content and campaign reviews based on specified criteria Monitor account performance closely and work with Account teams, report any unusual spikes and lows in the accounts Review affiliate publisher pages and report discrepancies Sound knowledge of prioritizing the tasks based on the needs of account team Adapt to the changing environment quickly and equip with skills required to meet the role Able to plan and execute a variety of tasks within designated time frames, delivering high quality results Actively participate in client campaign planning and quarterly business reviews Qualifications A graduate in any discipline 4 - 7 years of exposure in digital media / client services role Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms Basic knowledge of Affiliate Marketing A quick learner and a curiosity quotient Expert in excel functions and formulas Experience handling US / UK clients is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound knowledge on MS office suite Adapt to the changing environment and deliver under pressure Ability of multitasking and emphasis on attention to detail Ability to apply logical and analytical thinking Be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communicator within CJ and when interfacing with advertisers A critical thinker and problem solver.

Able to influence / develop account strategies that contribute to advertisers' overall objectives
