Your Tasks

Plan the team according to test demand and project milestones

Plan hours & estimation needed for the project execution

Develop and coach the team member with related carrier and training plan

Resolve project and resource conflicts and balance them

Responsible for preparing Test plan and Tracking the progress with the team

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (example : Electrical / Electronics)

Minimum 8 years of experience of which 5 years in automotive domain

Good communication skills

Experience in Test Management / Testing (System or Software Qualification) for projects

Certification for ISTQB (Advanced level) will be a must. Experience in Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262
