Duties & Responsibilities
Primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements & on-board quality Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks to deliver required quality & numbers.
Focus on growing new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts and pursue ways to secure long-term relationships.
Managing campaign performance, scaling and delivering as per the guidelines provided by the advertiser.
Media buying (both mobile and PC web traffic of CPA, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPS traffic in India.
Candidates should have very good connection with Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks. Build and cultivate new relationships with Affiliates / Publishers / Ad networks and maintain good rapport.
Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines.
You will be handling the day-to-day management of campaigns with a heavy focus on getting the best ROI.
Build, Manage & Lead a team of performance marketers to help conceptualize, develop, and test campaigns to improve performance.
Grow business month on month - Identify and map prospective clients, forecasting revenue monthly / quarterly and negotiating the terms of agreement.
Delivery of Campaigns month on month
3-6 years professional experience in Affiliate Marketing.
Must have existing relationship with wide of Affiliates / Publishers / Ad Networks.
Thorough understanding of the types of fraud in Web & Mobile.
Strong understanding of attribution mechanisms, cookies, pixels, tracking platforms & MMPs.
Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs / requirements, an end to end.

Team management skills as well as ability to work independently.
