JOB PURPOSE

Drive the Asset Management Planning & Scheduling system through CMMS and Spare parts management

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Health & Safety guidelines, Work Permits are followed & improved

Maintain high level accuracy in SAP Master Data with all Documentation

Develop logical work sequences and resource allocations, update preventive and predictive maintenance programs and maintain records in computerized maintenance management system (SAP)

Provide technical planning, scheduling for short- and long-range weekend activity and assist groups to ensure optimal maintenance effectiveness

Prepare diagrams, Change Documents reports and networks reflecting planned work, sequences of events, timelines, and resources constraints

Assist Supervisor by specifying, testing, and implementing approved changes / improvements on information / work management systems

Work closely with Maintenance Inventory to ensure that all parts and all services 95% Available

Interact with contractors and vendors

Manage work order requests (planning & prioritization)

SAP transactions creating, processing notifications / work orders and all PM related transactions

Other duties as described by your manager Compliance / Reporting

Track and report on maintenance performance metrics and key indicators

Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories

Competence development for SAP in Team / Site

Global Projects Coordination & Standardization

Capital Budget / Expense Tracking, Ordering, Processing

Evaluate Localization with OEM for Global Spares

Equipment Lifecycle Monitoring

Drive & Report OPEX Improvement projects implementing Coromant Production System

Benchmark & Synergize with other Production Units.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Highly skilled with computerized maintenance management system (SAP PM)

Expert in Maintenance Data Analytics and development of Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Advanced experience in planning / scheduling of Preventive, Corrective, Shutdown & Turnaround Maintenance and cost control assistance to maintenance activities

Equipment Spares management with High availability & Cost Flexibility.

Highly skilled with computerized maintenance management system (SAP PM)

Expert in Maintenance Data Analytics and development of Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Advanced experience in planning / scheduling of Preventive, Corrective, Shutdown & Turnaround Maintenance and cost control assistance to maintenance activities

Equipment Spares management with High availability & Cost Flexibility.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BE Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Experience in SAP PM / TPM Modules

MS Excel and Power point, PowerBI

SCADA / DCS, Data Analytics
