The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Review FS and check for technical feasibility. Assist SA team wherever possible
Write TS for projects / enhancements or drive TS with Vendor for large projects and review it completely to a micro component level
Architecture alignment (such as removing DB objects wherever possible,
Review code delivered by SS developers and Vendor resources on a periodic basis
Walk thru the TS to Arch team and get it reviewed / signed off
Perform ST along with System Analyst, review SIT code defects
Prepare / Review AIG and auto AIG
Code sync with
Analyze Staging impact for every release / project
Post go-live code sync to Production PI (initiate the process and review it)
Review / Monitor Performance Testing and its results
Be a release champion on a rotation basis for a product
Co-ordinate with Framework team and get the changes done
Create / Maintain Knowledge base document
Debug emergency issues / critical issue and provide fixes
Raise risks with Managers (on scope creep / CRs / timelines and also vendor resource capability etc.,)
Become a horizontal technical specialist and support multiple product lines
Do estimation as per standards
Minimal production defects post release within agreeable tolerance levels
Implement Industry Best Practices / Design Principles
Enhance Developer documentation for existing applications, creating developer guides
Provide technical sessions to developers / senior developers
Analyse Staging impact for every release / project
