Job Title Manager / Senior Manager Membership.
Position Reports to the General Manager Membership.
Execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
Build a solid strategy for lead generation that exceeds sales goals.
Ensure the sales pipeline remain full with leads & prospects.
Take ownership of management of the sales functions.
Working with stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
Ensure that sales targets are met month on month.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Maintain the client database using an effective CRM suite.
Develop and grow key customer relationships.
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings on a daily basis with a 50% conversion rate.
Suggest Improvements that could be made to increase the value of the collateral.
Preparing daily,weekly and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
Effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process on an individual level and a build a top notch direct sales team in the near future.
