  • Responsible for driving Credit card sales volumes (New cards, Cross sell, add-on cards) through a large team of Outsourced sales representatives ( DST )by conducting corporate and Kiosk activities in corporates
  • Budget man power requirements, facilitate hiring and training of budgeted man power
  • Formulate sales strategies to achieve the desired numbers.
  • To monitor sales executives efficiency in terms of productivity and quality of application sourced
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered.
  • Complaints & Escalations Management on Sales Complaints and implementing learning to strengthening sales governance.
  • Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitment
  • Comply with Bank’s policies and processes.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduatewith minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Credit cards products / Sales.
