With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-
border financial transaction needs.
In Cash & Trade, you will be part of the product management team that provides seamless and cost-effective solutions to customers.
Whether it is through conducting market research, or by enhancing a product or system's features to meet customers' needs, you will have every opportunity to shape the business.
You will also be exposed to a myriad of Trade and Cash Management products through various marketing campaigns and joint visits with our relationship managers.
Deepen the cash and trade wallet of the allocated portfolio of clients.
Responsible for ensuring cross-sell of other GTS products, increase flow business, driving online transactions and highlighting other opportunities which the client might indicate and which are relevant for other BUs within the bank like T&M / CBG etc.
Indicative revenue target would be approx SGD 2M.
Should be able to effortlessly associate closely even at senior levels in the client organisation in order to get an early insight into the business changes and consequent requirements
To work effectively with internal stake-holders to deliver a best in class solution / service delivery to the clients
To conduct customer journeys and also ensure positive feedback from the clients in various customer surveys
7-10 years experience in Transaction banking role in banks
Have handled clients across segments like MNC / Local Large Corporates / Mid markets
Preferred banks : DB / StanC / HSBC / ICICI / YES / INDUSIND
Should have ideally handled both trade and cash. Would prefer someone who is heavy on cash and is aware of the latest developments in the technology space in cash and has worked on structured cash mandates / RFPs for corporates
Preferably from premier / tier-1 MBA school.
