Role : L2 Support Engineer / L2 Application Support

Mandate Skills : C#, Java / Dot Net, Strong Coding Skills, Support experience
Looking for Java or Dot Net Application Support Engineers having good coding skills and support experience.
Duties & Role
Would be working on trading domain, multi tier, multi technology environment.
Would be able to investigate, analyse and document reported defects / issues.
Would be writing code to rectify bugs and should have knowledge of database architecture and design
Would be able to communicate with clients via mails or calls.
Must be familiar with SDLC concepts (software development lifecycle). Technical
Requirements
Should have good knowledge on C and Java / DotNet.
Should have firm grasp on OOPS and basics of data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
Must have proficiency in writing SQL queries and knowledge of RDBMS.
Knowledge of ORM is an added advantage.
Willing and able to learn other technologies like Objective C, DotNet / Java and C++.
