What you will be responsible for

  • Ability to translate clients’ business, competition and market trends into strategic, actionable plans for core team members to execute
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns teams include Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
  • Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
  • Working across a modified office timing structure of 12 noon 9 pm IST to enable easy communication across India, APAC & US offices
  • Capable of delegating, leading and training a team of junior team members
  • Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billings
  • Lead campaign-performance decisions based on the client data and provide high level reporting on campaign and performance to the client
  • Lead all communication with the client being a SPOC
  • Hands-on project management experience collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialist teams to ensure all deliverables are met / launched on time.
  • Assist the Account Director with the strategic direction of the account(s)
  • What are the requirements of the role?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Media, Consulting, Ad-Agency, Digital Agency, Client side, Marketing or Media owner capacity.
  • Proven track record of client management
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Mastery of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms especially Google and Facebook
  • Understanding of mobile tracking solutions
  • Any previous experience on mobile gaming or mobile app industry will be a bonus
  • Ability to analyse data with an eye for detail to identify client trends and opportunities
  • Working knowledge of digital buying and trading tech including ad-servers, verification tools and DSP / DMPs etc
