Job description

Role and responsibilities :

Handling the end- to- end IT recruitment process from sourcing resumes to closing positions within deadlines

Understanding and clearly articulating the requirements by business and getting the best fitment within the set deadlines

Serve as a single point of contact for matters related to the recruits from the time of acceptance to the time of joining in order to generate better conversion ratios and applicant delight

Maintaining and analysing data to provide valuable insights and derive action plans based on findings

Periodically acquire market intelligence, application of best practices, educate and guide hiring managers on how they can attract the right talent

Be an active team champ to magnify the employer branding through multiple channels to attract new talent

Taking initiatives and ideating various recruitment drives and devising creative recruiting strategies to attract competent talent into the organization

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Proactively network with people and build an extensive database of potential candidates, who can be considered for future jobs vacancies and can also generate referralsSkills Competencies :

Minimum 5+years of hands on experience in IT Recruitment

Very good written and spoken communication skill (English)

Target driven with strong negotiation and convincing skills

Demonstrated success in recruiting passive / less active competent talent

Ability to work in a highly challenging work environment

Requires high levels of enthusiasm and energy

Should be able to multiple task and prioritise

Strong analytical, quantitative and technical skills that enable individual screen profiles and identify the right hiring fitmentEducation and Technical Proficiency

Graduation (Compulsory)

Post- Graduation (Preferred)

High proficiency level in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Well- versed in using latest platform and technologies (ATS) to source candidate profiles,
