3.5 to 8 years of ITSM process implementation / development experience
2-3 years of hands-on experience with the implementation of ServiceNow.
Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL) process
A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards
Must be able to think out of the box
Provide input to assist with continual improvement
Regularly discuss current workload, issues, concerns, etc.
Challenge team members to broaden their thinking about the environment and applications
Ensure all work adheres to best practices
Operate & Maintain : Manage ServiceNow platform and technical environment
Standards & Documentation : Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents
Liaise with other internal teams to ensure service management standards and ITIL best practices are implemented in ServiceNow practices and procedures
Ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for platform
