AdOpsOne is changing the way digital content publishers look at their ad revenue data and take business decisions. We are a bunch of technology-driven mavens that are on a mission to make the life of a digital content publisher easy by providing a one stop solution to all ad operation needs.
Adopsone is an outsourced ad operations service backed with a smart data platform for digital content publishers to consolidate, optimize and increase advertising revenue across formats, platforms and devices.
We're looking for a candidate who is capable of learning and can figure things out for himself / herself. Mentorship is available, but you will often be on your own.
Self-motivated, organized, independent , multitasker - these are key descriptors that you should ascribe to yourself.
Stay up to date with the latest buzz and trends in the industry
Optimization and delivery of campaigns based on the R O s shared by publishers
Execute and manage various demand network s for the client
Handling end to end operational activities for multiple digital content publishers
Generate / schedule timely reports for data study from GAM / Partner interfaces / Google Analytics / Adsense
Taking accurate optimization actions based on publishers latest data
Strategizing revenue growth for Publishers
Utilize traffic on the network to the optimum monetization
Coordinate with clients on the job for new requirement s , current performance and future strategy
Coordinating with vario us demand partners Updating client regularly on the important activities carried via emails and reports
Working closely with the client to understand additional requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these with the internal development team s
Maintaining high awareness of the company's internal as well as immediate external environment
5-7 y ear relevant experience in online advertising industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Interested in handling key accounts, ad ops and with an analytical mind
Strong marketing abilities along with an aptitude to forecast industry trends
Efficient in handling responsibilities and team members
Should be able to do business with people from different cultural backgrounds
Should be aware of important Google products like GAM, GA and Adsense
Familiar with Header Bidding
Familiar with Native and Video advertising
