This role is for an experienced data analyst with over 3 years of experience in organizations processing a lot of data from various sources and of different structures.
You will be part of the Unified Communication Services team, which provides Telecom Expense Management and Mobile Voice solutions to all Nokia users.
In your role, you will be expected to interact daily with IT Service Owners and Solution Designers and TEM Operations and Financial teams, to extract and interpret data to derive valuable insights to support multiple business units and functions.
You will also individually develop and implement analytics solutions and track key performance metrics to improve business performance.
You will be in charge of developing data models and provide input to reporting responsible. At the same time, you will collaborate with key stakeholders globally, regionally and locally, in order to ensure the analysis you provide can be applied and executed.
In order to be effective in your role, you should posses strong technological and analytical as well as communication skills, be swift with building data models, collecting and interpreting data, analysing results and reporting them back to the relevant members of the business.
You should be able to identify patterns and trends in data sets as well as defining new data collection and analysis processes.
You are well versed in building machine learning solutions, allowing to predict future spend based on the data you have.
