Graduation degree preferred
6 months to 3 yrs of experience as Human Resource (HR) in IT- Software or BPO / ITES preferred

Sourcing screening the CVs from Portal.
Sourcing, screening, validating candidates as per client specification.
Conduct Telephonic Interview & line up the face to face with hr.
Coordinate with the candidates at the time of interview.
Responsible for end to end recruitment services.
Deliver the revenue goals as planned target.
Follow-up with the client as well as candidates till their joining.
Candidate must be having at least 06-3 years of experience in recruitment.

Must be able to work on MS Office.
