As a National Business Manager, set priorities for the team, get results, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for direct end user customers and working with eco-system on joint sales and marketing programs which includes creative, imaginative and proactive marketing or business development programs.
Identify and develop new opportunities within the country to drive revenue. Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of : (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long term and (2) increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual revenue quotas. Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.
Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
Supports the customer sales force and negotiates with many levels of customer management. Represents Intel in third party relationships.
Requires extensive theoretical, practical, and industry knowledge. Applies and / or develops highly advanced technologies, principles, and concepts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification : Proven experienced in covering territory Sales in India.Experience with direct sales / end users Well versed with technology, has ability to connect the dots and pull together and collaborate with necessary eco-system.
