    As an Associate you will be responsible for delivering on monthly MIS reporting and analysis as a part of the Corporate and Investment Bank CFO Support group Specifically Markets CFO group.

    Design, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting around Global EMRs (Executive Management Report), Business Review packs, materials for Regulatory reporting etc

    Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS systems

    Ability to analyze the information to be able to present analysis to business

    Ability to understand the changing business needs, redesign MIS and analysis around the same

    Ability to handle a very dynamic work environment

    Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

    Support quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior management

    Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

    Analyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelines

    Liaison with other support groups

    Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    Support forecast and budget process for the business

    Good knowledge of Financial Markets, both Fixed Income & Equities and Derivative products

    Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills

    Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients

    Eye for detail and presentation

    Ability to work in a dynamic working environment

    Willing to work in shifts

    Self driven and able to prioritize effectively

    CA / MBA with 4-6 years of relevant work experience

    Ability to interrogate and interpret financial statements

    Should have the ability of meeting client requests under stringent timelines

    Capability of adapting to changes in reporting requirements, business and regulatory changes

    Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.

    Experience of working on Dashboards like Tableau, Qlikview, Qliksense etc. will be an advantage

    Primarily EMEA shifts, may have to work on a few critical business days of the month in New York shifts.
