The Opportunity

Software Support Engineer (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

  • 4 to 6 Years experience in handling support tickets related to Automation Software
  • Monitor and respond to tickets (Tickets are managed in Service Now)
  • Expected to collect all of the necessary information and enter into Service Now.
  • Contact users that have submitted tickets, then troubleshoot and collect information.
  • Go through troubleshooting guides to resolve issues.
  • Expected to resolve issues or if needed escalate to the developers or alternate shift support lead.
  • Collaborate with other support team members.
  • Primarily to handle the support tickets related to Automation software’s and providing resolution to the tickets.
  • Experience on SQL, handling CRUD, Views and Stored Procedures
  • Extensive experience working with computer systems
  • Basic computer networking skills
  • Experience working with Manufacturing industries will be a value add.
  • Experience with C# .Net testing will be preferred, and value add. Soft Skills (Must)
  • Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & written)
  • Good team player Working hours : To support SGP timing (morning shift) and USA timing (night shift) on rotation basis Travel : 15% travel in 1 year (on a need basis)
  • Strong drive to learn and provide excellent customer service.
