Your responsibilities include :
Be a part of Credit Risk Monitoring and Reporting in the Department of Private Banking and Platform IT Technology Division.
Accountable to execute front to back divisional change programs, ensuring strong governance with clear reporting, developing a deep understanding of the subject matter and deploying experienced managers across multiple initiatives.
Role based in Pune, India to help in the delivery of strategic applications in Client Platform area that are used by various business groups within Credit Suisse and Hedge funds clients.
You will be part of the globally distributed team that leads the various applications in Client Platform
An opportunity to work and collaborate with an outstanding technology focused team comprised of hardworking employees with diverse and complementary skills working on mission-critical application development.
Balance multiple program / projects from initiative to closure by coordinating with departmental Change / IT / SMEs as well as platform team
Define project scope, objectives and governance in collaboration with senior management and business partners
Actively lead project scope and objectives against quality standards, targets and budgets
Plan, manage and track project delivery breakthroughs, resources, timeline and budget
Identify risks, issues, dependencies and issues as well as actively track / drive respective mitigations

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess :
08-12 years of Project management experience in a financial services environment and / or experience involving in projects from the business perspective
Consistent record of executing the projects within given time, budget and scope.
Partner management and reporting skills.
People management skills for a successful delivery of projects.
Managing the change within the project.
Excellent Cost management and vendor management skills.
Consistent record in inspiring change and delivering IT implementations
Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Demonstrate analytical and innovative problem solving capabilities
Outstanding business partner management skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels
Proficiency of banking operations processes and products (preferably across business divisions) changes can be of an advantage, but not mandatory
Experience with IT oriented projects, user requirements development and testing
Experience in various different software lifecycle and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Devops
Experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
Experience with Excel Macros, PPT, Visio
Ability to build harmonious, effective and positive relationships with multi-functional and cross-geographical partners
Results-oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
PMP, PMO Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or other Project Management Certifications
Good knowledge of the Private banking business - front to back
