Job Responsibilities :
Grow new and existing accounts and manage the entire sales cycle from start to finish for delivery of customized business solutions i.
e. Managed Application Hosted Services, hosted email and Exchange Services, Data Centre co-location services, Managed IT &
Infrastructure Services to clients.
Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product / service offerings of Companys horizontal and vertical markets.
Working in tandem with Potential Existing / New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete Solutions.
Dealing with Negotiations and Deal Closures.
Primarily Generating business from SMB and enterprise business units in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and procuring new Business.
Constant interaction with clients to understand requirements, scope and business potential, maintaining good client relationship.
Achieve business and revenue targets on monthly / quarterly basis.
To develop marketing & sales strategies and to get approval of the top management for implementing the same.
To impart training to sales team both in selling skills as well as in technical aspects of the services and products being sold.
To continuously monitor actual sales against target and to motivate team members to ensure their achievements
Aggressive lead management and follow-up. To carry out weekly & monthly reviews of the hot leads and the sales achievement against targets.
Manage and update customer database and order processing
Working with other departments to ensure that every customer is taken care of promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile (Mandatory) :
The candidate should have demonstrated experience & selling skills on following service lines :
Managed IT Services including Facility Management Services FMS, Infrastructure, Management Services (IMS) or Remote Management Services (RMS), Storage systems, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper V)
Other IT infrastructure services such as Servers, storage, Backups, Mail Systems, Windows Server, Security, Firewall, Antivirus, etc.
Hosting Services such as Web Hosting, email hosting, Virtual Private Server (VPS), Dedicated / Managed Server.
Previous track record of Account Management.
The candidate should have the ability to effectively gauge customers Business Requirements and turn them into hot selling proposition for any of the above mentioned Service lines, this includes in-depth understanding of prevailing IT requirements & trends.
