This role has global reach, interacting with clients in all geographies where Ciena has employees. The ideal candidate will have considerable expertise in HR systems.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
defining requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, system testing and go live support. Performs analytical, technical and administrative duties related to planning, designing and implementing HRIS projects.
Supports and maintains system setups, configurations and data flow.
Ensures data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation. Liaison assist and provide Level 2 Support on HR production issues, work with HR Primes and HR Connect to resolve issues as they relate to processes and systems.
Develop relationships with IT, Payroll, Compensation, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Benefits, Finance, Purchasing and other key stakeholders.
