Amazon Seller Marketing team is changing the way India thinks about selling online. We are looking for a result-oriented, analytical, creative Communications Marketing Manager to guide our seller marketing story and evangelize selling on Amazon.
We are looking for a Communications / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive Seller facing communications across email, SMS and WhatsApp.
The Communications / Lifecycle Marketing manager will own all seller facing communication going out and ensure that it adheres to our communication tenets.
The candidate will own the communication strategy, messaging platform and run campaigns to get more sellers on sell on Amazon.
He / she will also plan, coordinate & implement campaigns and workflows, and work with other marketing and cross-functional stakeholders when necessary.
What will your responsibilities include
Lead communication strategy across lifecycle, including seller newsletters and automated workflows to keep sellers engaged and activate inactive sellers
Own engagement metrics like CTR, Open rate, Click rate, Churn rate and other channel efficiency metrics
Create and manage monthly / annual communication calendar
Create automated workflows to nurture leads generated through services website and paid channels
Generate deep insights about Amazon sellers at each stage in their lifecycle and drive innovations to increase seller engagement through communication channels
Own analytics & reporting for all initiatives and actions taken to drive seller engagement,
4+ years experience in lifecycle marketing
Strong bias for action : ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in marketing tools like Pardot, CheetahMail, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.
Ability to create compelling marketing collaterals, review and provide constructive feedback to improve communication across the team
Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence
Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, PR, Legal, and Research
Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Experience with MS Word, Power Point, Excel, HTML
Demonstrated experience in setting and driving lifecycle marketing strategy
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Strong stakeholder management skills
