Job SummarySUMMARY OF POSITION : Executive - Production is responsible to supervise the working of Production department in shifts at Panoli plant and to ensure a timely delivery by utilizing all the available resources.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Responsible for the adherence to the safety procedures with respect to chemical handling plant during shift operations.

Responsible for accurate material charging into the batches. Responsible for adherence SOPs and MSDS for all plant operators.

Responsible for the quality and quantity of output from the batch. Participate in HAZOP analysis, Safety audits, Risk assessment for the process activities.

The incumbent is responsible to arrange for compliance to all safety violation observations. Maintain ISO, SAP, and other operating system into the department.

Maintain adherence to all statutory emission norms (Air, Liquid and Soil) Member of Emergency response team and will guide and train other team members in case of emergency.

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC / ON-GOING FUNCTIONS : Maintain the batch process control records / log sheets / TT register for proper documentation.

Maintain the stock of necessary PPEs required for uninterrupted working of the Production. department and we will see to that the operating personnel use all PPEs as required.

Train and supervise the working of all operators in the department. Monitor and record the waste generation and disposal at the site department wise in shifts.

Ensure Zero accidents in plants. Achieve batch wise timelines, both in quantity as well as quality. Responsible for submission of BPCR and ECR within time to QA Department.

Responsible for reporting of Deviation and Incident. Responsible for actively participate in investigation i.e OOS,CAPA .

Responsible for preparation of new SOP and revision of SOP as per requirement. Monitoring the all equipment preventive maintenance completed.

Conduct the Near miss and Quality alert and compiles its. Prepare the safety work permit as per requirement. Check issuance and reconciliation of Raw & Packaging material as per GMP guidelines.

Ensure proper transfer of finished goods from production area to store. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Education : B. Sc. / M.Sc.

BE / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline Experience : 4 - 8 years of experience in production in Chemical / pharmaceuticals manufacturing company Preferred Skills / Qualifications : Experience of handling chemical producing plants Experience of cGMP customer complaints Should have worked closely with labour contractors for manpower requirements Experience of Safety permit system, usage of PPEs Experience of safe handling of chemicals - MSDS, electrostatic hazards, toxic, corrosive chemicals, etc.
