Working knowledge of Code repositories like GIT, SVN
Aware of code scanning tools and vulnerability remediation
Should be able to translate high level design to detail technical design and implementation.
Experience in setup and execution of Agile teams and managing delivery from Agile teams

Collections & Recovery Business experience preferred
